We do the heavy lifting and bring the deals to you. You’ll have the opportunity to invest and take advantage of a majority of the benefits of real estate investing without the hassles of being a landlord.

hands off investment
You don’t have to be a landlord to get involved in real estate. We bring the deals to you and the choice is yours! You can invest and enjoy the benefits.
Diversification
The stock market has been volatile the last few years, but real estate has continued to perform well. As a hard asset, you can hold a property long-term and it naturally appreciates.
cash flow
You’ll be a Limited Partner Owner of a property with tenants who are paying rent each month. You will receive a portion of the operational cashflow via quarterly ACH distributions.
Appreciation
We typically hold properties for 3-5 years (sometimes longer). During that time, the property increases in value due to the market and/or forced appreciation. At the disposition, you’re able to receive a portion of that profit.
tax benefits
We perform cost segregation studies on our properties in order to receive accelerated depreciation that our investors share in. The first few years of the investment, you may see a “paper loss” but still receive money in your pocket. These passive losses can offset passive gains you receive from other investments.
